Lash Out Policies
* Phones must be silenced. Phone use is not permitted during your appointment. Your eyes must be closed the entire duration of the service.
* No extra guests, including children. This is meant to be a relaxing service and it is important that there are no distractions.
* Please be respectful of our time and give proper notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. We completely understand that emergencies come up and will be flexible with certain situations.
* Arrive on time. If you are running a few minutes late please let us know. If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee that you will receive a complete full set or refill.
* If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will have to reschedule. In this case, there will be a late cancelation fee of 100% of the service booked.
* A 24 hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you fail to do so it will result in a fee of 100% of the service booked.
* A “no show” for a scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the service booked. Your deposit will not be refunded.
* A credit card will be required to keep on file for all clients. In the event that we attempt to charge your card for a last minute cancelation or missed appointment and the card is declined, expired or not valid, You will be expected to let us know and update it. If you do not or refuse to pay the outstanding balance, you will no longer be able to book with our salon.
*If you intend to change your appointment to a removal or different service, please let us know.
* We ALWAYS suggest scheduling your next appointment before you leave, as we book up extremely fast. We cannot guarantee that you’ll be able to get in if you reach out when your next refill is due.
* We do not offer refunds on services. In the slight case that you experience an allergic reaction, we will remove the extensions at no charge.
* We do offer a 72 hour customer satisfaction policy to let us know if anything is wrong with your lashes, so we can get you in immediately and assess the problem. We are not responsible for anything that you do after the 72 hours. (Please keep in mind that we do shed 2-5 lashes a day, per eye. Do not be alarmed, this is natural.)
Refill Policies
* Must have at least 40% of lash extensions left to be considered a refill. If not there will be an upcharge.
* Must arrive with CLEAN lashes. If you arrive with dirty lashes it will result in a lash bath service charge. This WILL cut into your lash appointment time.
* Refills should be scheduled every 2 weeks (Possibly 3 weeks if your lashes can go that long. We will let you know).
* After 4 weeks, it is considered a full set. Deposit will be required.
* We cannot guarantee that we can refill other lash artists’ work, as they may have used a different technique. First and foremost, we care about the health of your lashes and will always be honest. We will try our best to see if we can refill them, but if we cannot, we will let you know if they need to be removed.
